In the annals of R&B History, the Whispers have earned a solid and memorable position as one of the World’s Longest Running Vocal Groups. They are the cream of soul, embellishing smooth romantic ballads such as “Lady,” and “Say Yes,” and upbeat dance favorites such as “Rock Steady,” “And the Beat Goes On,” and “It’s a Love Thing.”  As one of the premier groups to ever grace the stage, their musical success can be attributed to a careful balance of soul, pop, jazz, blues and disco to the delight of millions of fans. They will be performing at Bethesda Theater two evenings in a row.
